Repaired washing machine.
This was one of the nicest Gentlemen I've had to come to my trailer. He was polite, courteous and very professional. I was shocked at how soon he came & made the repair. Thank You for such a wonderful representative.

Christopher was excellent. That said he was faced with the two week nightmare of obtaining the necessary part for the repair. He was at our home each of the four scheduled times. Sadly, the part was either missing, broken or not delivered. It was inexcusable as we waited two weeks for resolution. The circumstances with the part had nothing to do with Chris. Yesterday the washer was fixed.

It was fast and the gentlemen was super friendly and very helpful. He even gave me some tips on how to keep my other appliances maintained better, easy things can do (like blowing out the junk under my fridge and then cleaning up behind it. When you don't have a dad nearby, stuff like that is super helpful!!
