Excellent service
Robert arrived when promised, and diagnosed the problems with my dryer and refrigerator quickly. He solved my issues and left the work areas clean and tidy. I was impressed!

This repairman was very professional and knew what he was doing. From the start he had my best interest at the start. He made sure that the washer was completely fixed and let me know all the steps in getting it that way. I hope that if I ever need a repair again he is the one they will send along with Harold to my home. Both of these men are fabulous in their work ethic and fixing appliances.

Jeff was great. However. Taking 6 weeks to do this was unacceptable. Multiple last minute cancellations after time taken off with no human to ask questions to is ridiculous. AI is all you get and it sucks. Will never use again.
