Techs were efficient and through, very polite and personable. Could not fix problem ,suggested replacement of washer due to age of appliance. Your on line service is terrible to navigate and not really helpful. Need to make human available to answer questions and help define issues. Will not be using Sear's repair again! and won't suggest it to anyone else!
