Walton was very competent and well experienced. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and resolved the issue with our dryer. I was not pleased with the price we had to pay though. It was very expensive (way to high a price for such a short time and simple procedure). You need to reconsider your prices. Walton was thoughtful. He offered us a warranty for a number of appliances, which we took. He was also smiling, an happy person, and made things seem lighter.
