Maintenance for range, washer and dryer. Service provided by Gilberto was perfect. He checked the above three electrical appliances near me. I checked them and I asked him some questions and he answered quickly like how can I clean the dryer filter. And he asked me how I clean it I explained it. You're doing perfectly and he explained how can I put the clothes in the dryer so they can dry faster.

Don't appreciate that it is extremely difficult to speak to a person the the phone and Sears cancels or does not show up all day and the automatically rescheduled without asking. Also you charge enough and I shout not have to pay for you to walk in my home.

Tommy was excellent. Not his fault at all but an 8 hour arrival window isn't realistic. A four hour arrival window is do-able.

The serviceman was early and he did an excellent job. It didn't take long and I was able to use my dryer that day. He was very respectful and courteous. My dryer is working better as if it was new. Thank you Sears for having knowledgeable service me .
