Bret is the most wonderful technician that we have ever had. He is so skilled at his job. He is effecient, he is polite and kind. You have never had any technician who is this devoted to his job. You are lucky to have him work for you and so are we.

Maria was prompt, answered my questions, with a professional and pleasant manner. Sears itself has horrible customer "service". There is no option for getting assistance for scheduling or questions from a human even when the AI interfaces via text, online chat or website account fail to resolve problems Sears has created. Awful! That's what happens when you fire all your staff.
