Jimmy was great. He fixed the problem. However Sears itself provided horrible service. No one ever came out to see what was wrong with the dryer. It was all in a text from a bot. The parts shipped were wrong. They made an appointment and no one showed up. I had to call AHS. The whole case took almost a month to resolve.

I'm glad Artez came out and did the repair. This is the 4th time we have had a tech come out for the same issue. The challenge is really around Sears scheduling process and lack of customer support. They have postponed the tech on multiple occasions saying the part has not arrived when it was already at my house. When you try to communicate with them, there is no one to talk to and you continue to get stuck in the AI bot loop. I'm likely done buying anything of value from Sears.

I am well pleased with the service I received yesterday. He checked everything out and explained it to me. I already had the part and he installed it and made sure it was working properly. The only complaint is not with him is that I was cancelled for service on April 7 and the 11th by AI and couldn't contact a real person. The technician said he has nothing to do with that. People that work have to take time off for the service day and then service is cancelled. You need better communication with scheduling if AI is cancelling service for no reason. I wasn't even sure the technician would even show but gratefully he did. People pay a lot of money for this service so it should be honored.
