I had a great experience working with Andrew. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. He fixed the motor and belt on my 23 yr old washing machine and took the time to clearly explain the issue and made everything feel straightforward and manageable. He was also easy to communicate with and just genuinely pleasant to work with. Something that makes a big difference. As a Realtor, I'm always mindful of vendors I recommend to clients, and Andrew is absolutely someone I would feel confident referring to both clients and colleagues. I was also impressed with how quuickly American Home Shield responded and coordinated sending a technician out, which made the entire experience smooth from start to finish.

Sal was very good - He called me to let me know when he was 15 minutes away. He quckly found that my old front loader would require replacing three parts due wear and tear. But that one the parts that failed - there were no parts available. He suggested buying a new front loader washing machine. He's good guy to come into your house as he answered all our questions. It was worth the cost of paying him for his time.
