Adam worked hard to resolve our issues. Turns out it was the mother board which they don't make any more. I would like a refund of the service paid because the problem was not resolved. So please refund the amount paid less the service call fee.

I was coordinating the repair visit from afar for my elderly mother and Steve went above and beyond to assist with info and patience. He sent me photos of the problem with the washer which turned out to be what he predicted.

Tim showed up ready to go to work. He checked my dryer completely, explaining everything as he did it. Ultimately, he diagnosed that there was nothing wrong with my dryer. It was the breaker in the breaker box. He also gave me information about my dryer of which I was unaware. All in all, I was very impressed with Tim. Should I ever need a repair man, I will call Sears Home Service and ask for Tim Wood.
