Andy came when expected, had the tools and know-how to install the part, which had already come, opened the machine, removed the defective part, and installed the new part. He checked it for basic operation, closed everything up, and left the laundry room as he found it.

Your AI is horrible. My dryer has been out for 7 weeks from the date I reported it. Shame on Sears. Difficult to talk to Sears due to AI. Horrible experience with AI. The technician was very nice and worked me in today after you cancelled me multiple times plus you shipped the wrong parts the first time they were ordered.
