I'm disappointed after I was informed by the technician that my mother's stackable washer portion would be too expensive to fix. However, I appreciate the technician's honesty and that I will be getting the majority of my money back to my card minus the service fee! Besides that, I appreciate the technician's professionalism despite the bad news.

My washer was leaking water. Arnold J did a thorogh job in discovering the problem, ordering the parts, and returning to repair the washer. He did a great job, and he explained everything he was doing. (IHe also did a diagnostic evaluation on our dryer. ) I was very pleased with his work, and my washer is working ver;y well now.
