He was very good at fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. Left the area he was working in clean. He also has a good sense of humor which is necessary when dealing with the public (I know I worked with the public). I give Rafael 10 stars.

The technician that just left here a couple of hours ago did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything carefully and did not charge me again. I was impressed!

The scheduling department needs some help though. Not appreciating getting a 7-11 time of arrival only to have service techs show up at 11. Not their fault, but whoever scheduled knows the jobs and should know where they are, so why have customers ready by 7:00am when the guys may arrive on their 3rd or 4th or 5th stop? Plus, they were given the wrong street address which I corrected through chat, but they never got the correction. What's up with that?
