Your technician was knowledgeable as well as thorough in about my dryer repair. He had the necessary parts available to fix the problem the very same day which is always a plus. He cleaned the dryer and the "work space" area. He was a blessing. He also helped set me up with a new "appliance service plan". Thanks so much.

The technician did a great job was fast and informative explained what he did and what the problem was. The AI system was terrible and it was annoying it called me 3 times to confirm my appointment that I already confirmed the first time it said I owed a balance when i didn't. it texted me so I could change my time for a earlier time but never did.
