Isaac was a fabulous tech. He kept me aware of his ETA, and he has decades of experience. He walked me through all of the diagnostics and explained which parts were wearing out from our 15-year+ washing machine. He also let me know that 1 of parts was discontinued, which made a repair not possible. Isaac gave me great recommendations for a new washing machine, and he shared that a new washer is less expensive than the repair (if the parts still existed. He's a true expert and very honest!

It's a shame you won't order OEM parts from the very beginning but try to cheap out with aftermarket parts. Was it REALLY worth it? This is the 5th or 6th time this repair person was here in two months we have not had a washing machine. All over a motor. This could have so easily been resolved in one shot, rather than 5-6 attempts over 8 weeks. Sorry but this is just crazy. You're trying to save a few dollars and look at the gas, and time you had to pay for 5-6 repairs for one problem. Could have saved SO much time and money just buying the right part and telling ALL your mechanics, hey guys... you have the LIBERTY to do it once, do it right the first time.

I continue using Sears Home Appliances because of dedicated professionals like Timothy, despite some disappointing past experiences including the AC technician never came in March for the HVAC tuneup and spent my own money to take care of it. Tech was great ...repair was more than the cost of the washer so we didn't see him repair anything. He was on time and seemed to know his stuff. Don't appreciate getting text messages requesting feedback on Sunday morning at 7 am.
