Bradley arrived at the appointed time. He examined the machine for probable causes for the leak and saw that the leak came from our drain pipe and not the washer. He made some suggestions on how to unclog the drain. His demeanor was totally professional and courteous. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars, I would do so.

It was very hard to get an appointment, I could only get AI recoding never a human being. Chris did a good job when they let him come I had to wait over a month to get my washer fixed. To me that is totally unacceptable. I'm very frustrated with Sears Home Services.
