Skilled at figuring out the problem and fixing it
Charles has done several repairs on our appliances, including the oven and the washer. Each time he has zeroed in on the problem, accurately selected the parts, and skillfully installed them.

Verley compared the parts we received this time with the parts that were used in the last 3 tries to repair my washer. They were all the same parts except for the different colors. So the replacements parts came from distributors other than Whirlpool and they were obviously defective. We certainly hope these latest ones work well. Verley was efficient and quick. We would welcome his services if we have any future problems.

Very glad that he could fix the dryer today as my 92 year old father generates a lot of dirty laundry and it is quite an inconvenience not to be able to wash/dry the laundry.
