The diagnosis and repair went well. However, our appointment was cancelled 3 different times leaving us without a dyer for 3 weeks. There is no way to talk to a human, every phone call leads to a robot which just leads to more frustration. Customer service rates a zero.

Our Sears technician, Andrew, was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, which required him to return for a second visit, and both the part and he returned in only two days to complete the task. Very personable and knowledgeable. The kind of person we were happy to have in our house. I hope he is assigned to us for all future appliance repair services.
