Stephen helped us out with our treadmill.....a messy job!
We have our treadmill in the basement. It's new but the motor would chug and then die. Stephen came to check it out and found mice had gathered in the motor.......quite the messy job for him! He told us what motor to order which we did. He came yesterday and installed it for us. Lesson learned.....we have now had the exterminator pay a visit too! Not a clean job by any means so thanks so much Steve!

Booked the appointment online - easy to do and surprised that I could get next day service. The communication was good and Bret called the day of the appointment to make sure we were in sync on work to be done and parts. He arrived on time and was very personable. He completed the work and made sure I understood what was happening along the way. My treadmill now works well and I am hoping for years of long life. I would use Bret again if ever needed.

Gary ordered all the parts necessary to repair my treadmill. He came on Thursday 8-22-2024 to install the parts. He was very thorough and took the time to get all the parts installed correctly and then he put everything back together and tested the treadmill to make sure it was working properly.
