Kyle arrived at the time he had specified and demonstrated total professionalism during the time he was on site. His knowledge of treadmills resulted in a quick determination and correction of our problem. Prior to leaving, he thoroughly checked the overall condition of the machine, looking in particular for any safety issues. I'm very please with Kyle's level of knowledge and service.
