Chad was pleasant and serviced my treadmill. He seemed to have worked on treadmills previously. However, Sears needs to improve times. To expect a person to be available all day is NOT user friendly.

Previous technicians used shoe covers when entering my home. Also, previous technicians had me test the treadmill prior to their leaving. Not as good as the past two technicians I inquired about the belt that was worn and he brushed off my
