experience has been generally positive lately. One year ago the experience was terrible in terms of scheduling appointments for maintenance and we had a horrible experience when our washer broke down. After waiting for 2 months and dozens of calls, we finally gave up and bought a new one.

Joshua arrived on time and checked out the machine. Lots of carpet fibers had built up behind the panel and it was vacuumed away. He did all the other maintenance checks after making sure the belt was in tip top alignment. All around great visit from a friendly professional.
