He was very efficient and knew what he was doing concerning fixing the treadmill. I just wish all personnel at Sears were this great. I waited a month to get this repaired and was not happy with the phone response I received. There has got to be a better method -- less buttons to push and more knowledgeable staff. You are constantly trying to sale protection plans and warranty -- you might sell more if you had more employees like James!!

Chris has serviced our treadmill many times over the years. He is very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and fixing the problem. Always outstanding customer service, friendly and efficient service from Chris. In our opinion Chris is the best technician Sears has. Please don't take away warranties for exercise equipment, we would be lost without it as we've relied on it for .ore than 20 years.

Aaron installed the new belt (purchased by customer) only to discover the motor was beginning to fail and only a matter of time before it died. For the cost of getting a new motor and having it installed, would not be worth the expense.
