Repair pro-form treadmill
Technician was very patient and considerate. Her support in getting the new part has been above and beyond anybody's patience I think she is great, but her support system is very negligent. She needs more say so and on what is fair for the customer. I have used sears products for many years, but in the last few years their quality control and part ordering is very negligent. It's a shame that such a great company at one time is now so poor

It was an 8-5 appointment. All day my phone said between 5.:30pm and 7.:45pm. He had no idea why he was here. I told join of the parts that had to be installed. I assume the issues are your companies fault. He was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. He represented your company well. He gets a 5 your company 2
