He was nice and polite, but YOU need to instruct your servicemen/repairmen to please wear a mask in the house they service as Covid is still going around. Also, to give them booties to wear on people's carpeting.

This technician was great. Called in advance to let me know the estimated arrival time so I can properly prepare to receive them. Super polite and cordial, worked things out within a reasonable time and after the service took the time to explain everything about the issue in detail and answered all my questions. I'd say that this guy deserves a raise, not only was he extremely knowledgeable but his personal approach was very professional. A+
