Good Old Sears Drops the Ball on Customers

Chris arrived on time. Was a rather quick visit since I couldn't note any major problem. He did put some more lube on the treadmill with advice of where to purchase it and how to properly put it on the belt. What I am unhappy about is Sears dropping the ball on me after years of Protection agreement service. Thanks a lot. In my many years in the past, I have bought a lot from Sears--indoors equipment and appliances, Exercise equipment, outdoor equipment, including a lawn tractor, and clothes! Needless to say, I will not be going back to Sears for anything.

Jim was very courteous and professional and he is a good technician having previously serviced my snowblower. I would give him an overall rating of 5 stars; however I am very upset with Sears service policy. I can understand having to pay a nominal fee for the technician coming out but to still have to pay 140. just to be told that you don't service this particular treadmill is absolutely ridiculous.
