Chris was able to diagnose the problems with our treadmill quickly, but had to deliver the bad news: none of the needed parts are in stock and they are not being made anymore. He tried to find a work-around, but all paths led to a dead motor. We appreciated his timely arrival, expertise, clear explanations, courtesy and friendly manner.
