Gary arrived right when he said he would. He was very polite and knowledable. Gary promptly found the problem with our treadmill, made the needed adjustments, tested it, explained, to me what he did, and why he needed to do it. We were very satisfied with our interaction with Gary.

Bruce did a great job of adjusting the belts on my treadmill. He is very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He spent a good deal of time going over all of the moving parts of the treadmill. I was very pleased with his professionalism.
