AC still not working!!!

Tech, said it was a connection wire. He said it was fixed. He left. AC IS NOT FIXED. PLEASE DON'T CLOSE THIS TICKET!

Was friendly but after having given it a lot of thought I felt he was always trying to act like he knew more than others and was deceptive in that what he told me was wrong and what he told CHW was different or they weren't honest?! He told me it was old and needed replaced and when he had me sign off on it I did not get to see what he had reported to company. Think he was trying to mislead me into thinking it was other stuff but I knew a little more than he expected. AHW said they were not responsible for anything that wasn't normal wear and tear. Well I've taken care of unit and it s normal that a 24+ year old unit would tear up. Was he just trying to stay in good with everyone.
