Kevin was very rude to my son and his wife stayed less than 10 minutes said it was electrical problem on a/c need to call a electrician. Very dissatisfied.

Still having the same problem, the technician came for the third time and I'm still having the same problem and there is no way to go through the phone system to speak with an actual person.

Wrong information
I was told I needed a electrician. Electrician told me fire started from my central air unit and sent me back to heating and air. 5 days now wasted and it's hot!!!! Why wasn't you able to point out the problem like the electric guy did. Told me the problems in under 1 min. Not happy

Air Conditioner
Techs said they couldn't fix unit due to part availability. Warranty company reassigned us to a new tech company and the unit was fixed in 2 hours. Very frustrating with high temps and Sears said it couldn't be fixed while another company figured it out.

Cancelled 7 times and after 4-5 months AC still not fixed. Called in spring, it's fall now

Unacceptable service
Very strange man. I was uncomfortable wt him in my home. Rude and impersonal. He said he fixed the ac but it stopped working when he left. We would not allow him back in our home and would not use sears if he was only choice. 0 stars

Ronald did not call prior to arrival as expected. Roland did not call or followed up with a report after visit. no details had been provided to Tenants either.

Air conditioning system
He didn't do anything he just went upstairs he opened the vent I told him those vent had not been touched from the last time he was here. I have documented our Fpl bill has more than doubled he said the air conditioner was old. When I told him they were under warranty he said they were doing away with the program. Can someone call me from Sears we have been very good customers of Sears for over 15 years.Please do not send him to our house again he was nice but didn't solve the problem.
