Horrible!
If I could do no stars, I would. He arrived and was a bit aggressive in his tone. He walked out back and concluded that the heat pump was encased in ice. No surprise to me as that's what was reported when we placed the call for help. He then went to the basement and told me that with the system I have, I should only use auxiliary heat. I asked why & he said because of the type of system I have. I noted that auxiliary heat cost more. He then asked what I wanted. He went back & forth with me about my warranty and what it covered. He told me, he could disconnect the system but we'd be without heat for a couple of weeks. We're in the dead of Winter so that's not an option. He then said he was closing my ticket & to call back when it thawed out. I told him, not to close the ticket. Even though my husband has no HVAC experience, I would have him get the ice off of it, as he did last week) and ask Sears to send another tech. I shared that we would not be paying another deductible. When he was leaving, he pulled out his phone and asked me to sign a screen that I believe only said " approved ". I refused to sign because when asked, he was unable to show me what I was signing for. That concluded his visit. He was here for 5 minutes, did nothing, and in my opinion, he was rude.

Furnace Repair
The repairman did not fix my problem. I continue to smell natural gas and my furnace is continuously running. I'm very unhappy with my service and still need my furnace fixed!

Work not done but claimed that it is.
NEVER SHOWED UP BUT CLAIMED THAT HE DID. MY AC IS STILL NOT FIXED BUT SEARS TECH CLAIMS THAT HE WAS HERE. SEARS HAS TO LOOK INTO THESE EMPLOYEES WHO CLAIM THEY HAVE DONE THEIR JOB BUT THEY NEVER EVEN WENT THERE.

Never showed up never called!
Now they not only do not call or show up. They also even close out your service order just to make it look like they came to the house anyway. What kind of management do they have that would buy this crap. Unbelievable why bother getting any kind of maintenance agreements or protections from Sears anymore?

Technician Never Came
The technician never came and it says that they have closed the bill. This is not the first time this has happened. They just close the bill without even being here. This is bad for sears because sears thinks they are here and that the customer was not and they claim a receipt for doing nothing. So I request sears to look into this issue.

Did not even ring the door bell after waiting 10 days
This is not your grandparents Sears anymore. Technician did not even bother calling or coming to the door or anything and closed out the service call. It took me 10 days to have them come to repair an air conditioning and 95° Florida. This is the armpit of the service industry folks. Find anyone else in the country to repair your items They simply are not professional.

Never showed up
Tech never showed up, even though app shows he was here, and never replaced the compressor on my unit. I was told he said unit was working fine in his ticket, which is a lie as it's still doing the same thing it has been doing for 5 weeks.
