Anthony was disrespectful on the initial visit he was not friendly and had negative things to say like he ain't broke it its not his fault that parts didn't come in on time just annoying

Fixing heating system

He came and apparently fixed the issue with the thermostat. The problem stsrted 10-15 minutes after he left. Means he did not fix it. Someone needs to come back to fix the problem.

Poor Customer Service

The technician showed up late and did not respect the scheduled appointment time. Very unprofessional and inconvenient Very disappointed with this service. The technician was rude and unprofessional, and I did not feel respected as a customer.

Overall rating

Technician did not properly assess and fix the problem with the HVAC. His failure to return 3 days later to reassess the HVAC cost me a loss of 10 days and $2600 plus dollars to have another tech come and fix the unit. Instead he ordered a sealant that has yet to arrive without checking what the problem was. The compressor and a sensor was replaced by the new tech.

He told me what was wrong bud did not write it in his report and did not have issue reassigned which caused me to have to call 3 more times. They sent another tech to find out the same thing but this second tech had the case reassigned to the correct person.

Technician failed to listen to what the issues were. Proceeded to tell us everything was running correctly when the heat clearly wasn't performing how it was supposed to. Didn't provide much help.
