I've received a closed claim except NO work other than the initial discovery. It has been 3 weeks since I started the claim. I'm 74, living in Mansfield TX where the heat is in the nineties. Please help me. Choice says one thing and the Sears AI says differently. Please help me. Thanks

Richard's service was excellent, however the support and speed with the fix was slow. Should have taken one trip for repair, rather than three. Choice Home Warranty is slow approving each step. The heat was not checked.
