Chris went right to the possible problem and fixed it in a few minutes. Not like most people telling us it's going to cost thousands buy making up a problem that didn't exist. He was very nice to both of us and I will recommend him/sears to anyone with a problem.

The AI texts I got did not tell me the right information about the upcoming appointment. I was notified tech would call me day of for an eta. That didn't happen. Techs said they do not do that. Online says 7:29 in morning. Didn't get there till 4:50pm. Communication was awful. But Tech's work appears to be great. Did notify me on return when couple hrs out.
