Peter was very conscientious and knowledgeable. He explained what he did for the system. He had to get a part which he got early the next day. Came back and finished the service. Very courteous and a pleasure to have around. I highly recommend him.

I will say this has been the best service that I have received so far using a choice warranty tech. My AC had been out since 7/11 and the first tech should have found the issue but did not.
