I can't speak higher of the service received from Cody. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service and was an excellent representative of your company. The information he provided has convinced me to consider switching to Sears home warranty. Please note, he did not speak negatively of my existing provider, simply provided answers to my inquiries of your service. Hoping if repairs are required in the future, I'm fortunate enough to him assigned. It's refreshing to meet someone who takes pride in his work and provides excellent customer service.

Technician knew the problem and didn't waste know time fixing it. My air conditioning wasn't working and so Sears handled the problem 🙃 😅. I am grateful to have my Sears Warranty. Happy 😊 Michael was Awesome!
