Awesome HVAC technician
If all of Sears' techs were as competent, responsive, and willing to offer prompt help, I wouldn't be reconsidering keeping Sears' Home Protection Service. Albert has serviced us several times in the past and we request him because he gets the job done and goes above and beyond to do so. He is a breath of fresh air in a market of indifferent, mediocre technicians.
