I just want to thank you Mr. Michael for getting my system up and running. You are awesome and a very experienced HVAC Technician, you pin point the problem and repairs what needs to be fixed. Michael is one of Sears best Technicians. He's been dispatched to my home twice and has never failed me yet.

I was very pleased with William. He was very polite. William had to leave and pickup a part in Cincinnati and it would take him 2hrs to get back. I informed him I had to leave for work and he said that will be fine because he could repair it and I did not need to be here. . After I got home it was fixed. Thank you William!
