He efficiently diagnosed the furnace problem, contacted vendors for parts, and when they reported a six-month backorder, he advocated to the insurance company for a replacement. Despite initial resistance from insurance, Sean emphasized the urgency with winter approaching. His persistence paid off, as the insurance company ultimately approved the replacement of the entire furnace. His dedication was commendable.
