Raymond did a great job But the Sears Company needs to make significant changes because overall their service was terrible. A number of times no one showed up with no explanation There is no phone number where someone can tell you what or why the appointment was cancelled. We went 6 weeks with no repairs with temperatures over 100 degrees. I will never use Sears service again. Again Raymond did great the company did not
