Tech showed up early, got to work checking compressor, fan motor, contactor and run compacitor . Checked refrigerant pressures,cleaned condenser coil and vacuumed drain line. Came and explained everything he checked and did.

We were having problems with our 2 ton Trane, XL 1200 heat pump. A technician from Sears was dispatched to check out the problem. His name was Michael. He was able to diagnose the problem and reach full resolution. He was very professional and knowledgeable and friendly.
