I waited for this appointment for 5 days . Eric did not even spent 30 min to find the problem . I am so glad it was repaired and parts needed was available right away . I hope the life of my air conditioner will last long . Thank you Sears !!!

Heater checkup

Edwin came and checked out the heater for winter. He was thorough, professional and friendly. He checked the house for carbon monoxide and checked the alarm I had to monitor carbon monoxide. He advised me to replace the batteries and change the location where I had it located. I appreciated his advise and concern for safety. Great job.
