Arturo took his time to listen to what the ongoing issues were. He took his time to diagnose and discover issues that were causing the furnace to not fire up. Arturo made sure that the furnace was working before he left and he left instructions on what to do if the repairs failed to fix the issue. I recommend Arturo.

I must admit that the technician did an excellent job. He was on time, very professional and friendly. He told us everything he was doing. He tested our HVAC inside our home and out. We are always satisfied with the service we get from Sears.
