Michael was the 6th tech to come to my home. He called before he came and he felt my frustration. He told me "if I can't fix it, it can't be fixed. ". He came, he saw, he fixed. I wanted to hug him and kiss his cheek, but he said he would settle for a firm handshake. I am very happy.
