I appreciate people who are honest , respectful, and kind. Elio came to my house and went right to work. He did his job in a timely fashion. I would use Sears again.

Your tech was excellent!!! Your company, like all other companies need to be able to speak to a live person who speaks English when there's an issue! Your customer service is woefully lacking! Do yourself a favor and get rid of AI!!! No one likes multiple choice questions to resolve an issue!
