You stated that the technician would be here between: 0800 and 1200. then it was: 1100 to 1330. then it was: 1400 to 1530. Not a very good way to treat a customer. You were saved by the way your technician handled the call. He made the repair look easy then cleaned the area and secured the equipment. unlike some other techs that had worked on it that is a man you don't want to loose! I had been hot for three days, waiting for the repair, Albert took the minimum amount of time to fix the AC. Albert represented your company the best any service tech has ever done to me in the past.

Kerwin came to check our AC and he was very thorough, he went up in our attic and back to the unit mu in the backyard several times and found multiple issues and explained everything to us. He was great! Now I will be calling the other company that Sears sent out another tech for a second opinion which is crazy because Kerwin did what he was supposed to do butI will save that terrible review for Sears and the lazy tech they sent from Complete Comfort Control.

Corin was wonderful! He had to come out multiple times and due to parts needing to be ordered and helped make our experience so much better. He was thorough, thinking outside the box and kept us up to date on what was happening. We had terrible issues with the scheduling system and customer service but Corin was amazing! His service was much appreciated!!
