Excellent Experience
Very pleased with the service provided. Received numerous updates and confirmations about the appointment. Our tech knew exactly what the problem was, got the part from the truck, and in a few minutes the ac was fixed. He was extremely professional, courteous and personable.

Very knowledgeable about his work. I would call him back if I would have more problems with any of my appliances. In the future I will make wellness check on my air conditioner, furnace, and other items.

Jamie showed up as expected to figure out what was happening with our A/C. Before he started to work, he explained the fee as well as an additional fee (very reasonable under $80) if it turned out to be regular maintenance. After paying the initial service call fee, he started working on our issue. After taking care of our issue, (it turned out to be an issue of maintenance which isn't covered), he collected the remaining repair fee. He explained what he did and how to keep the issue from happening again. Jamie was very professional and very knowledgeable. He is an asset to Sears! Thank you for taking care of our repairs.
