I have use Sears and have had Thomas as my Sears provided. Thomas has been able with patience and the knowledge of telling and showing me what to do on my tv. I am sorry to hear that Sears will not have tv's on their Protection Plans.

Scheduling is ridiculous. How many people can afford to stay home from work for a whole day waiting. It costs more to stay home than the contract cost. I can't renew under these circumstances. Michael was able to use diagnostic tests that solved most of the problems. However, some of them have returned, so I will need a return visit. Cable is part of the problem so I will wait until they come before I call Michael back.

Tech never showed up. I waited from 9 to after 5 and no call, no text, no appearance. It is ludicrous that I am expected to stay home all day, miss appts and work and not have the tech show or contact me in anyway. I am truly upset to say the least. To begin with, asking a customer to sit home ALL day from 9-5 to wait for service. Narrow it down to AM or PM. Now what do I do - reschedule and wait again????? I was notified by Sears that the tech would be here at 1:40 - what happened????

The service is terrible. This man said someone would be calling us today, Monday Oct 16. It is now 3:00 pm. I have been waiting all day. The claim number is L23090850120001. Our TV issue began on Aug 25. Sears needs to honor this protection agreement or face legal action. You leave me no choice. I certainly would not have waited 3 months to buy a new TV if I did not have a protection agreement. I expect an immediate response now!
