Lance is the best service technician we've had during the past 52 years we've had the Sears Protection Plan on all our Sears and other home appliances that were no longer available from Sears such as our over 60" LG Television. SEARS is always number one for my wife and myself because of the excellent service SEARS provide by outstanding service persons like Lance. He's great and number one for us.

Ray came in... replaced the motherboard in what I thought was a reasonably short time. He then reprogrammed the television...and in no time we were able to continue watching our daily news program. Ray is a true professional!

Initially, itt looked like another appointment date would be necessary because of the complex table mounting of the large flat screen that would require assistance. But the repairman buckled down , determined to get it done and did just that, perseverance and determination got the job done. And it worked. Ci recommend that he get a big pay raise for his professionalism to service and getting it done .
