Technician was courteous , polite , professional , knowledgeable . Fixed dish washer in a timely fashion . He said if it caused any other problems , it should be reported as a "recall" . There was no charge and I thanked him for an honorable job .

Nigel explained problem. I would like to know if Sears Appliance repair can come back to fix the problem since Choice warranty is denying my claim. I do believe the dryer is fixable. Your tech was excellent in finding the problem, and I believe he could fix it.

After Sears missed 2 appointments, Kylen (who diagnosed my Samsung refrigerator problem) finally showed up and fixed it promptly. The fridge was actually misassembled! But dealing with Sears is neigh onto impossible. There was NO way to reach a live person. I received reminders every day from Sears, but they apparently never look at their appointment list. Kylen was not at fault here.
