Colin arrived within the appointed time and was very efficient in removing the defective ice maker and replacing it with a new one. Unfortunately, this the second call for an inoperable ice maker. It is apparently chronic with Samsung refrigerator/freezers like ours, and Samsung has done nothing to change the design. That is no fault of the repair service provider. In fact, it probably provides a steady stream of work!
