Ice maker required defrosting. Al disassembled the ice maker defrosting it at the same time. He then reassembled it and turned it back on. Unit is functioning properly now. In the past the technician would replace the unit which appears not to be necessary.

From the beginning of being contacted by Sears and receiving our parts within two days we couldn't be happier. Javier contacted me by text then followed up with a phone call. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowlegable. Once the repairs were done he called to inform me he had found a leak in our copper line when he pulled out the refrigerator. He graciously helped our housekeepper clean up and and bring in our fan to dry out the water. He immediatley sent all repair work with itemized detail for parts and labor to my email. I was so impressed with how professional Javier was. I would absolutely request him again. Thank you so much!!!!!
