Craig was awesome…he made the best of a terrible experience. Our new unit of just 3 months was not staying cold. We were without a working fridge and freezer for over a month…and Craig had to make 3 visits to our house. He replaced the main control board…didn't help. Then had to wait 2 more weeks for a new evaporator and condenser. All the while…we had a 40 degree freezer and a 50 degree fridge. Had to throw out a good deal of food. Unacceptable! Craig…we appreciate your work!
